Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as clearance products, custom-made orders, or gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@luxelivingconcept.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions. Shipping: Ship the item back using the provided label or your own shipping method. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. Approved returns will be processed, and the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are treated as separate transactions for quicker processing.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs:
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Luxe Living Concept error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Restocking Fees: For returns on bulk or oversized items, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This will be communicated to you during the return approval process if applicable.
